Darien Library Sound Healing with Terry Eldh
Crystal singing bowls have changed Terry's life, and they could change yours. Terry created the deeply restorative Angelic Serenade method, which is a sound meditation method for groups and individuals that reduces burnout, stress, and anxiety, and enhances mental clarity and overall well-being through brain wave entrainment. Brain wave entrainment is a method of therapeutic stimulation. With the frequencies of the singing bowls, the sounds slow brain waves into "Alpha" and "Theta" brainwave states, encouraging flow and a meditative state.

SAVE THE DATES: On June 9th, 10th & 11th, I have been invited by The Empire City Men's Chorus of NYC to join for their "Stars in Our Bones" concerts. These concerts will include a performance of "Caritas Abundat," a piece by Ed Thompson, Music Director of The Unitarian Church in Westport, CT, written for alchemy crystal singing bowls, chorus, soloist and organ. I commissioned and performed this piece last year as part of the 2022 More Music Summer Concert Series at St. Thomas Moore Church in Darien, CT. It will be reprised as part of the June performances, with yours truly again playing alchemy crystal singing bowls.
