Join me for my monthly event at The Hummingbird Healing Center! This 75 minute, profoundly restful sound meditation (“sound bath”) takes place on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm. Relax to the otherworldly sounds of Alchemy crystal singing bowls, the angelic sounds of a crystal harp and koshi chimes, all blended with the human soprano voice. Allow stress to melt away, leaving you in an open-hearted, and relaxed state to meet the week ahead.

Join me for a peaceful sound bath at the serene Catharine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary. The sanctuary was created in memory of Catharine Violet Hubbard, one of the 20 children lost in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.
